Eligibility & Firearm Handling – Participation is open only to individuals who are legally permitted to own and/or handle a firearm in their state or jurisdiction of residence. If the winner is required to use or be in possession of a firearm as part of the hunt experience, they must provide valid identification and proof of eligibility under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver – By entering, participants acknowledge that hunting and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. The winner agrees to assume all responsibility for their actions during the hunt and release Oak Ridge Whitetails, and all affiliated parties from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the hunt, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or accidents. Participants must comply with all safety rules and regulations set forth by Oak Ridge Whitetails.

No Guarantee of Winning – Entry does not guarantee selection as a winner. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. If the selected winner fails to meet eligibility requirements, a new winner may be selected at the discretion of the giveaway organizers.

Right to Modify or Cancel –Oak Ridge Whitetails reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time without prior notice, including in cases of fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the contest.
